Val de Seine

Val de Seine is a very famous area of Paris, because it is one of the most important business district in Paris agglomeration. This place is situated in the southwest of the city, which extends on the banks of the river Seine. This district, dominated by the industry of the 20th century, and today is the most important business district in Paris agglomeration in the sector. Val de Seine has many headquarters of TV network France, especially TF1 in Boulogne-Billancourt, France 2 in the arrondissement-15, Canal + and international channels France 24 and Eurosport in Issy-les-Moulineaux, also many of telecoms and IT such as Neuf Cegetel in Boulogne-Billancourt or Microsoft's regional office for Europe, Middle East & Africa at Issy-les-Moulineaux.

And now this place became one of the areas visited by many tourists when on vacation to Paris. Because despite being the business district and regional offices, but still keep a beauty.

Saint-Denis

Saint-Denis is a region in the northern suburbs of Paris, France, which is precisely located at 9.4 km (5.8 miles) from downtown Paris. Saint-Denis is a former production areas that have undergone large scale urban renewal in 10 years. La Défense

La Défense is a very famous area in Paris even in the world, because it is a big and important business district for the city of Paris, which is the largest and most important in Europe, and even one of the largest business center in the world. The location of this place is centered on the highway that surrounds the commune of Nanterre, Courbevoie and Puteaux in the département of Hauts-de-Seine. The district is located in the western axis of Historic Paris (approximately 10 km), which starts at the Louvre in Paris City Centre and across the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. La Défense is named after the statue of the iconic La Défense de Paris, founded in 1883 to commemorate the soldiers who had defended Paris during the Franco-Prussian War.

La Défense French government was inaugurated in 1958, with a 3.5 million m² of offices, which contain mostly high-rise business. Around its Grande Arche and esplanade as high as 100m ("le Parvis"), this district contains some of the tallest buildings in the Paris urban area, with an area of 77.5 acres, 72 buildings-and-iron glass including 14 buildings over 150 m, 150 000 workers daily and 3.5 million square meters of office.

Latin Quarter

Latin Quarter is a region in the 5th and 6th arrondissement of Paris, France, which is precisely located on the left bank of the Seine, around the Sorbonne. This place is the center of 12th-century education that spans between the Left Bank Place Maubert and the Sorbonne campus. Avenue de l'Opera

Avenue de l'Opera is a Haussmanian street located in central Paris, France. The road is very popular among tourists of the world, and many of the tourists used to come here and enjoy a walk in the Avenue de l'Opera.
And because the place is frequented by tourists, so there are many travel agencies, banks, and shops selling merchandise cliche Paris. It is close to a small Japanese district in the rue Sainte-Anne.

Notre Dame de Paris

Notre Dame de Paris or also known as the Cathedral of Notre Dame is a gothic cathedral berasitektur to the east of Île de la Cité in Paris, France, with the main entrance in the west. The Cathedral was built starting in 1163 but not completed until 1361 years later this building was destroyed after the revolution has been the subject of many changes and improvements over the years including the addition of the Gargoyles, self gyre and sculpture by architect Eugene Voillet le-Duc.

Tour Montparnasse or Maine-Montparnasse (Maine-Montparnasse Tower)

Tour Montparnasse or Maine-Montparnasse (Maine-Montparnasse Tower) is a very famous building in Paris which was built in 1969 to 1972. This building is an office skyscraper seinggi 210 meters (689 feet) in Paris, France, in the Montparnasse area. And is the tallest skyscraper in France and the tallest building in the European Union.
Built on top of the Montparnasse station - Bienvenüe Métro de Paris, 59 level tower is occupied by offices, while two levels open to the public to look at the city, the 56th level with a restaurant, and terrace at the top level.

Montmartre

Montmartre is an area of historic Butte, home to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur in the form of a hill (Butte Montmartre) as high as 130 meters, north of Paris in the 18th arrondissement, a part of the Right Bank. Montmartre is known as Basilica of the Sacré Cœur on its summit and the white domed as a nightclub district. And now Montmartre became one of the most famous places in France even in the world. This is due to Montmartre to be one place that has a history of high art culture. So many world travelers who come to this place for day trips. In addition, Montmartre is also often used as the setting for several hit movies.

Many artists working studios and settled around Montmartre, such as: In the mid-19th century, artists such as Johan Jongkind and Camille Pissarro came to inhabit Montmartre. But only at the end of the century it became a major art center district in Paris. A restaurant opened near the old windmill near the top, the Moulin de la galette.

The Île de la Cité

The Île de la Cité is one of two remaining natural islands in the River Seine in Paris, while others, Ile Saint Louis is the site where the city of Paris was founded. The Île de la Cité is the center of Paris and the location where the medieval city was refounded.

Three medieval buildings in the Île de la Cité (east to west):
* Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris, built in 1163 on the site of a church dedicated to Saint Étienne, and occupied the pagan holy sites in the Roman period. During the French Revolution the cathedral was badly damaged, and repaired by Viollet-le-Duc.
* Sainte-Chapelle Louis IX (1245), built as a storage building on Crown of Thorns and part of the True Cross, covered in the Palais de Justice.
* Prison Conciergerie, where Marie Antoinette was awaiting execution in 1793.

And now The Île de la Cité has become one of the world tourist destination. So many tourists from local and foreign tourists come here to enjoy the beauty of culture and scenery in this place.

Petit Palais (Small Palace)

Petit Palais (Small Palace) is a very famous museum in Paris, France. This museum displays a remarkable collection of paintings and sculpture. And museum was built in 1900 for the Universal Exposition of Charles Girault's designs, now houses the City of Paris Museum of Fine Arts (Musée des Beaux-Arts de la ville de Paris). This museum has one of the buildings display a remarkable and beautiful. Arranged around a courtyard and garden octi-circular, similar to the Grand Palais palace nearby. Ionic columns, a large terrace and the dome of the Invalides echoing across the river. Tympanum depict the city of Paris is surrounded by thoughtful work of sculptor Jean Antoine Injalbert.

In this museum there is a large collection of paintings of the famous and historic. Among them are as follows: Dutuit of medieval and Renaissance paintings, drawings and objets d'art; Collection Tuck 18th-century furniture and the City of Paris collection of paintings. Les Halles

Les Halles is an area which is quite popular in Paris, France. Precisely located in the 1er arrondissement, in the south of fashionable rue Montorgueil.
Les Halles is a traditional market center in Paris. In 1183, King Philippe II Auguste enlarged the market in Paris and built a shelter for the merchants, who came from all directions. Then in the 1850s, a large glass and iron building Les Halles became famous because it was built. Les Halles is known as the "stomach of Paris".

It is named for the large central wholesale market, which dismantled in 1971, to be replaced with an underground modern shopping area, Forum des Halles. This is important in that area of the open air under the streets of central level, such as the sunken garden, and contains statues, fountains, and mosaics, as well as museums including the Musée Grévin - Forum des Halles (a wax museum).
And in 1971, Les Halles was destroyed and replaced by the Forum des Halles. The central market of Paris, the world's largest food market, given at Rungis, in the southern suburbs.

Centre Georges Pompidou

Centre Georges Pompidou, also known as (English) "Pompidou Centre" is a complex in the Beaubourg area of the 4th arrondissement in Paris, which is the largest museum for modern art in Europe, and IRCAM, a center for music and acoustic research. Buildings constructed during the period 1971 - 1977 is located at the Centre Georges Pompidou, and known locally as Beaubourg. The name was taken from the Georges Pompidou, French president who served during the period 1969 to 1974. This building was opened to the public on December 31, 1977.

Here there are many art collections that include Matisse, Miró, Picasso and Kandinsky as well as other collections include decorative arts, history, industry, literature, furniture, paintings, photography, sculpture and architecture.
